vKSM characteristics
- Min. staking = 0.25 KSM
- vKSM unstaking period: 0~7 days (flexible)
- OpenGov: Yes
- Used bridges: XCM
- Ledger support: No (Ledger does not support parachains yet - expected Q3 2024)
- Reward fee: 10% (applies to rewards only)
- Unstake fee: 0.1% (applies to unstake amount)
There are 2 options to unstake KSM from vKSM:
- Full unstaking request (you retain full vKSM value)
- Lightning mode (you swap at market price, most of the time you won't get full value)
Unstake vKSM
Go to the Unstake tab to visualize the vKSM unstaking queue, click on “Total unstaking”. The unstaking queue will give you an raw estimation of unstaking period: the fewer in the queue, the quicker your unstaking request will proceed.
